Where We Ship

We now offer international shipping to the following countries:

  • Australia
  • France
  • Germany
  • Japan
  • Singapore
  • United Kingdom

In addition to our standard shipping for Canada and the United States, we’ve expanded to these international regions to bring our collectibles to more fans!

Processing Time

Orders are carefully packed and fulfilled within 3-5 business days of purchase. This is our prep time before handing off to the carrier. It does not include weekends or holidays. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, and international carriers. You’ll see available shipping options at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. Here are typical estimates:

  • Canada: 2–8 business days
  • USA: 8-16 business days
  • International Orders: 8-16 business days (depending on destination)

Tracking

All shipments include tracking. You’ll receive your tracking number via email once your order has been fulfilled.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier — this includes Canada Post, UPS, and international carriers. If your tracking hasn’t updated or your package seems lost, please contact the carrier directly. That said, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it at your expense.
