Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

Processing Time

Turnaround time varies depending on order volume.

Every order is packed in the order it’s received, and we’re often working through a high number of open orders. We appreciate your patience — tracking numbers are sent as soon as your package is ready to go.

Shipping Methods

You’ll see available shipping options at checkout based on your location, order weight, and order value. Some lower-value shipments may be sent using untracked mail to keep shipping costs affordable.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. Here are typical estimates:

  • Canada: 2–8 business days
  • USA: 8–16 business days

Please note: These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery windows.

Remote Area Shipping

Orders shipping to remote Canadian or US addresses are subject to additional shipping charges due to carrier surcharges.

If your address qualifies as remote, a flat rate of $65 CAD will appear at checkout under Remote Canada Shipping or Remote USA Shipping.

Remote areas include (but are not limited to) Northern Ontario, Yukon, NWT, Nunavut in Canada, and Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories in the USA.

If an incorrect rate is selected, we will contact you prior to shipping to adjust the shipping charge or offer a cancellation option.

Tracking

Most shipments include tracking. If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been fulfilled.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier. If your tracking hasn’t updated or your package seems lost, please contact the carrier directly. That said, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it at your expense.
